CypherPay Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CypherPay’s website, mobile applications, and services (“CypherPay Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use CypherPay.

2. Eligibility and Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legal contracts under applicable law to use the CypherPay Platform. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account.

3. Account Creation, Verification, and KYC

Registration requires creating an account and completing email/SMS verification. Further, KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance is mandatory for access to financial services. CypherPay reserves the right to refuse or terminate accounts found to be non-compliant or fraudulent.

4. Services

CypherPay offers digital wallet services, including:

  • Money transfers

  • Mobile recharges

  • Bill payments

  • Bank transfers

  • QR code-based payments

  • Cash withdrawals

  • Donations and charitable payments

5. Payments, Fees & Refunds

  • Fees for services (where applicable) are disclosed prior to each transaction and subject to change at CypherPay’s sole discretion.

  • You authorize CypherPay to debit your account for requested transactions.

  • Refund Policy: All payments are final unless otherwise specified for a particular transaction or permitted by law. Mistaken, unauthorized, or erroneous transactions may qualify for review and potential refund; contact legal@cypherpay.net within 14 days of the transaction for resolution.

  • Chargebacks and disputes may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Security and Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify CypherPay immediately at legal@cypherpay.net of any unauthorized access or breach.

7. Prohibited Uses

CypherPay must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes as determined under Tennessee and U.S. federal law. Violation may result in suspension or termination of services and reporting to authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

CypherPay, its affiliates, and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform except as mandated by law in Memphis, TN or Shelby County.

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Memphis, TN and Shelby County, Tennessee.

10. Changes to Terms

CypherPay reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of changes via the email associated with your account. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
