CypherPay does not sell or rent personal information. Data may be shared with:
Regulatory authorities as required by law
Third-party service providers only to the extent necessary for service delivery
Charitable partners for donation processing as requested by user
CypherPay uses multi-layer security measures, including encryption and secure user authentication, to protect your data. Despite best efforts, no online system is 100% secure.
You can review and update your profile; opt out of certain notifications; and request account deletion by contacting legal@cypherpay.net.
CypherPay retains personal data as long as required by law or business practices. Upon account closure or deletion request, information is erased except where retention is mandated for regulatory compliance.
Payment information is processed securely. Payment and refund requests are handled as per Terms of Service. Refund inquiries must be submitted to legal@cypherpay.net.
CypherPay does not knowingly collect information from children under 18. Use by minors must be supervised by a legal guardian.
Policy updates will be communicated via email. Continued use of CypherPay after updates reflects acceptance of revised policy.
